As a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I can help you understand what & how to eat to revive your energy, halt cravings and bloating without missing delicious food!

My goal is to help you understand your body so that you can start working with it, not against it. We do this by identifying what’s causing your digestive issues at the root and creating a personalized plan to combat it.

Simply put, food is my preferred language. It communicates through flavors, seasons and cultures. It has the power to gather together friends and strangers alike… And the amazing potential it has to facilitate healing.

I know what it feels like to think you’re doing everything “right”, yet feel so stuck because nothing is working.

For years, I lived with excruciating bloating, heartburn, anxiety, eczema, rashes, and other digestive issues that left me feeling disconnected from my body and my life.

It wasn’t until I started looking at my plate, really listening to my body and used functional nutrition tools that I finally found answers and balance. My struggles and passions have brought me here to help you. I know you may be stuck now, but I know you too can find healing. I am here to help support you on that journey.
